Vibratory finishes

What?
We eliminate fine burrs and achieve a shiny gloss effect through this special surface finishing process. With this treatment, we remove edges or irregularities present on semi-finished products during the production process, thereby levelling the surfaces.

How?
This is essentially mechanical machining, using the machine's three-dimensional vibratory motion and allowing deburring, polishing and shining to result in improved surfaces.

Vibratory finishing operations are divided into:

• Roughing with plastics or ceramics.
• Finishing with porcelain and abrasive pastes of various grain sizes.
• Finishing with high-density inserts and chemical solutions.
• Dry finishing with abrasive pastes and polishing waxes.
